EDISON, N.J. – For the second consecutive week, Nicolette Loeffler has been selected as the MAAC Player of the Week. Loeffler went 5-0 in an unbeaten week of action for Fairfield University Women's Tennis.
 
Loeffler won three matches in singles action, occupying the #2 spot for weekend wins over Rider and Stonehill and taking the #3 position in Tuesday's victory at Marist. In doubles, Loeffler paired with Laina Campos for MAAC wins over Rider and Marist at #3.
 
Loeffler is one of four Stags to be named MAAC Player of the Week this spring alongside teammates Francesca Karman, Katarina Plumtree and Lily Malinowski.
 
Up next, Fairfield will vie for the MAAC regular season title with two matches remaining in the regular season. The Stags will host 4-0 Niagara on Saturday, April 13 and 4-0 Quinnipiac on Monday, April 15. The Purple Eagles and Bobcats will play each other on Sunday, April 14 in Hamden.
