Daly's time of 26:16.2 landed him in the top 10 percent of the extensive field. He was closely followed by 26th-place performer Dan DeBlock with a mark of 26:40.0. Nolan Parsley was the third Stag to cross the line at 27:08.9 in 56th place.

Mike Flanagan was also in the top half of the field with a mark of 27:30.1 to land in 76th. Jordan Dixon completed his freshman campaign as one of the Stags' scoring quintet with a time of 28:03.5, finishing just ahead of classmates Scott Daly (28:03.8) and Michael Mullaney (28:10.3).

The Stags' ninth-place showing put them ahead of 13 teams, including MAAC opponents Canisius and Rider and crosstown rival Sacred Heart.
