2015: MAAC Academic Honor Roll...Competed in seven meets for the Stags...Placed fifth overall at the 8K Fr. Leeber Invitational, helping Fairfield to a first-place tie...Set a new personal best for an 8K with a time of 25:27.53 at the MAAC Championship, placing 61st in a field of 169 runners.

2014: Placed ninth with a personal-best 6K time of 19:34.20 at the Stony Brook Season Opener on Aug. 30…Posted his best 8K time with a mark of 25:51.2 at the New England Championship on Oct. 11…Crossed the line in 15:44.1 at the 5K CCSU Mini-Meet to establish a new personal best…Set a personal-best 10K time of 33:03.7 at the NCAA Northeast Region Championship.

2013: Made his collegiate debut at the O'Neil Invitational, running a 16:51.7 in the 5K race ... Clocked a time of 27:51.83 at the Fordham Fiasco ... Ran a 27:37.70 at the Leeber Invitational ... Had fastest 5K at the CCSU Mini Meet (16:02.54) ...At the MAAC Championships, posted a time of 27:31.85 ... Registered a time of 34:15.2 at the NCAA Regionals ... Rand fastest 8K of the year at the IC4A Championships, finishing in 27:31.8.

High School: Earned four varsity letters in cross country at Don Bosco Prep ... Helped the Ironmen to four Bergen County Championships and a New Jersey State Championship in 2009 ... First Team All-Bergen County and a First Team All-Non-Public A selection ... Three-time First Team All-League pick in indoor track ... New Balance All-American in the 4xmile ...
