EDISON, N.J. – Rounding out the year with a top-15 finish at the Navy Spring Invitational, Fairfield University women's golf senior Addy Douglas has been named the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Women's Golfer of the Week this afternoon.

The win for Douglas comes after a stellar regular season for the Newport, R.I. native, as she helped lead the Stags in their final regular-season tournament, earning a share of 14th place at the Navy Spring Invitational. Douglas would card a pair of 76's on the Par 72 layout at the U.S. Naval Academy Golf Club to lead the Fairfield Five last weekend.

Douglas and Fairfield women's golf head to Florida this weekend for the 2023 MAAC Championships from the Palm Course at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.
