BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Fairfield University Men's Cross Country resumed its fall slate today at the Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh University. The Stags were slotted in the College "Brown Division" 8K, finishing in 41st place.

Fairfield's team finish slotted them ahead of Colgate, Loyola Maryland, Virginia Union, and Niagara on the team leaderboard. New Hampshire won the race led by individual pacesetter Nicolas Sevilla-Connelly (24:26.9).

The Stags' top finisher for the third straight race was
Robert Dillon, who completed the course in 25:54.1 to place 131st in a field of 390 runners.
Benjamin Breton,
James Vizzard,
Aidan Donovan and
Ryan Brennan rounded out the quintet of Stags to score in the meet.

Next Saturday, Fairfield begins its 2019 Championship Season at the New England Championship at Franklin Park in Boston.
