LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. – Led by a second-round 82 for
Madison Banas, Fairfield University Women's Golf completed Round 2 action at the 2018 MAAC Championship on Saturday at Disney's Magnolia Golf Course. The Stags rank ninth on the team leaderboard entering Sunday's final round.

Banas improved by four strokes from Friday to Saturday as one of three Stags to fare better on her second trip through the course. Her 83 is the best round for a Stag on the weekend to date.
Arianna Palmeri shaved three shots off her game today with an 85, and
Kelly Langan improved by 15 strokes this morning.

The University at Albany maintained its place atop the leaderboard and will carry an 11-shot lead over Quinnipiac into Sunday. The Great Danes' Annie Lee is the individual pacesetter with a two-day 146 (+2). She is four strokes ahead of Hartford's Maria Loza in the race for the McLeod Trophy.
