FAIRFIELD, Conn. – In the final competition prior to next week's MAAC Championship, Fairfield University Women's Golf topped a pair of conference foes over 18 holes at H. Smith Richardson Golf Course. The Stags were paced by
Addie Chang, who won the day with an even-par 73.
Fairfield turned in a team score of 311, defeating Quinnipiac by three strokes and Siena by five. Individually, Chang was the lone golfer to shoot par, gaining a one-shot lead over Siena's Emely Kintzel.
Also near the top of the leaderboard,
Katelynn Waclawski fired a 75 for the Stags to place third overall.
Grace Windfelder placed eighth in the 18-golfer field with an 81,
Sofia Nogalo and
Chulathida Seema tied for ninth place at 82, and
Ainhoa Jauregi was in a tie for 14th place with an 84.
Up next, the Stags head to Disney's Magnolia Golf Course for the 2026 MAAC Championship. The 54-hole tournament will be played over three days in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. from April 21-23.
