NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – Fairfield University Men's Golf concluded the fall portion of the 2025-26 season with 54 holes this week at the Wykagyl Collegiate at Wykagyl Country Club in New Rochelle. 
Rasmus Ditzinger led the five Stags to hit the course with an 11th-place performance.
 
Fairfield's finished in fourth place with a three-round score of 886 – two strokes behind third-place St. John's. Rhode Island won the tournament with a four-under par tally of 860 to clip LIU by one shot. The Stags ranked first of the MAAC contingent at the event, which included Mount St. Mary's, Sacred Heart, Manhattan, and two quintets from the host Iona Gaels. Fairfield also topped Hofstra, Fordham, and St. Thomas Aquinas on the team ledger.
 
Individually, Ditzinger carded a 218 (+2) for the week to finish 11th in the 60-golfer field. He was two shots out of the individual top-10 and eight strokes behind the pace set by tournament champion Force Kosalutta of The Mount. Ditzinger's week was highlighted by a second-round 68 (-4).
 
Tadgh Burke also cracked the top 20 as the reigning MAAC Champion tied for 13th place with a 221. 
Peter Crowe and 
Joey Vandergeest were a part of a four-way tie for 22nd at 225. 
Anthony Naples carded a 230 to finished tied for 35th place.
 
The spring schedule for the defending MAAC Champions from Fairfield Men's Golf will be announced when it is finalized.
