Box Score FAIRFIELD, Conn. – A rainy weekend at the Walsh Athletic Center Outdoor Courts condensed the Fairfield Invitational to just one day, but Fairfield University Men's Tennis made the most of Friday action, picking up nine doubles victories.
 
The Stags went unbeaten in doubles against pairs from Stonehill, Fordham and Sacred Heart in addition one doubles win over Quinnipiac. The graduate student duo of Nick Condos and Thomas Smart accounted for three of those victories, with six other pairs of Stags each recording one win. Individually, Luca Benaibbouche, Sam Hodges, Alex Aguiar and Will O'Brien all went 2-0 in their various doubles combinations.
 
In limited singles action, Calum Jessett also notched a singles win over Sacred Heart's Brennan Hart-Nova.
 
The Stags return to action this weekend in Providence for the Brown Invite on Sept. 30 and Oct. 1.
