Tuttle, Bozinovic Join Fairfield Women’s Tennis

FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Head Coach Jeff Bricker has announced that Lucie Tuttle and Sandra Bozinovic will join Fairfield University Women's Tennis for the 2021-22 campaign. Tuttle is the Stags' lone member of the Class of 2025, while Bozinovic comes to Fairfield as a graduate transfer from Florida International.

Tuttle hails from Tulsa, Oklahoma and attended Cascia Hall, where she was ranked among the top 350 scholastic players in the nation. In 2019, Cascia Hall reached the Oklahoma state finals with Tuttle atop the lineup at #1 doubles.

"I'm really excited to welcome Lucie to our program," said Bricker. "She has a lot of doubles experience that will be a big help and I'm looking forward to helping her develop her game the next four years."

Bozinovic previously competed collegiately at Florida International, compiling 40 total wins for the Golden Panthers. She was named to the Conference USA All-Freshman Team in 2018-19. On the juniors circuit, Bozinovic was ranked as high as 99 in the world in the ITF rankings. She competed the junior French Open and was a member of the French national team at the U14, U16 and U18 levels.

"We are very excited to welcome Sandra to the Fairfield Women's Tennis family this fall," Bricker said. "She has had an amazing tennis career thus far and we are looking forward to her doing great things for the Stags."

Tuttle and Bozinovic join eight returning student-athletes on a Fairfield squad that reached the MAAC Championship Semifinals this past spring.
