FAIRFIELD, Conn. - The Fairfield University men's tennis team hosts Delaware Saturday evening March 12 at Stamford Indoor Tennis Center. The match time is set for 5pm.
Fairfield duo of Dan Sauter (Franklin Lakes, N.J.) and Bjorn Merinder (Andover, Mass.) enter the match with a three-match win streak at No. 3 doubles.
The Stags are coming off a solid 6-1 victory over in-conference Saint Peter's College last weekend. The men's tennis team enters the match 5-2 overall. Last season, the Stags fell to the Blue Hens 4-1.
Delaware is 3-1 on the season with their only loss coming in a close 4-3 match against Navy.
