The Fairfield University women's golf team moved up one spot with a final-round 324 at the ECAC Division I Championships, completed Monday at Twisted Dunes Golf Course in Egg Harbor Township.  The Stags placed seventh with a two-day 661 on the par-72 course.

Rookie Emma Ritzmann shot the team's best round of the event on Monday, carding a round of 78.  The effort moved her into a 22^nd place tie with a two-day 165, +21.  That was two strokes shy of the Stags top finisher, Elly Lemons, who shot 82-81, for a +19, 163.

Megan Feeney finished in a 35^th place tie, shooting 169, +25, a stroke ahead of Kathryn Heffernan, who carded consecutive rounds of 85.  Katherine Rockwell rounded out the Stags effort with a +27, 171, shooting 80 in the second round.

The women's golf team wraps up the fall portion of its schedule at the Rutgers Invitational, October 14-15.
