Men's and women's swimming and diving will open their 2010-11 campaign on Sunday, October 10 versus ACC foe Boston College at 1pm in the RecPlex Pool.

The Stags return 16 of their 17 ECAC qualifiers from last season and returns Michelle Yoshida who repeated as a triple champion at the MAAC Championships by winning the 50, 100, and 200 freestyle events. The men's team went 5-5 during the dual season and placed sixth at MAACs. The women's team went 6-5 one year ago and logged a seventh place finish at MAACs. 

There will also be 13 new faces on the pool deck this season. Freshmen Brien Bates, will join the diving team while Kevin Greener, Joe Novak, Cody Parker, Kyle Rozanitis, Rich Straub, Megan Kuzniewski, Suzy Lawlor, Bridget McGowan, Moe Osmulski, Emily Pedrick, Brianna Riley, and Abigail Sanders. 

Boston College opens its season at Army on Friday taking on the host Black Knights, Seattle, Stony Brook, and Vermont. Last season, the men's team went 10-5 in duals finished 10th in the ACC while the women's team went 6-8 and finished 11th in the league.
