HAMPDEN, Mass. – Rasmus Ditzinger turned in his third consecutive top three finish to lead Fairfield University Men's Golf at the UConn Invitational at GreatHorse. The Stags placed sixth on a stacked team leaderboard.
Fairfield's sixth-place finish slotted them ahead of MAAC opponents Siena, Merrimack, and Sacred Heart as well as regional foes including Providence, Bryant and Holy Cross. The quintet to best the Stags on the 15-team ledger was headed by host and team champion UConn along with Boston College, Rhode Island, St. John's, and Villanova.
