FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference action comes to Conway Field at Rafferty Stadium for the first time in 2025 when Fairfield University Women's Lacrosse hosts Rider on Saturday, March 29 at 1 p.m. Admission is free for all fans to all regular season home games this season.
Assisting in the Fight Against Parkinson's
Fairfield Women's Lacrosse will honor of Hall of Famer Katie Riitano McLaughlin '00 and her fight against Parkinson's at Saturday's game.
The Stags will donate $1 for every assist recorded this season to
Bigfoot Endurance, which is a non-profit organization that raises money and awareness for Parkinson's research by organizing and participating in endurance events.

Fairfield University Stags (3-6, 1-0 MAAC)
- The Stags rolled to a 16-6 win at Siena in their MAAC opener this past Saturday.
- Grace Slater posted a seven-point day with two goals and a career-high five assists.
- Kelly Haggerty scored four goals in the victory.
- On the season, Slater leads the MAAC with 40 points and ranks 17th nationally with an even 5.00 points per game. She is also fourth in the MAAC in goals (23) and second in assists (17).
- The Fairfield defense has been guided by Grace Kiernan's 10 caused turnovers and 15 ground balls. Haley Burns adds 13 caused turnovers and Eva Petrone has 10 in the defensive midfield.
Rider University Broncs (4-5, 0-1 MAAC)
- Rider dropped its first conference game, 18-12, to Marist to fall to 4-5 overall.
- The Broncs and Stags did not share any non-conference opponents.
- Katie Walsh leads the MAAC with 28 goals and ranks third with a team-best 33 points.
- Rider goalkeeper Jamie Kubach owns a .385 save percentage and 13.12 goals-against average.
- The Broncs are the MAAC's top team on the draw with a .612 win percentage. Katie Walsh heads that effort with a league-best 7.11 draws per game.
Series History
- Fairfield won the first meeting between the squads, 19-11, last season – Rider's first as a varsity program.
