FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Fairfield University Athletics has partnered with Athlete's Thread to launch a collection of personalized merchandise for Stags' student-athletes. Athlete's Thread is a leading supplier of NIL merchandise, working with over 80 colleges and universities and providing over 8,000 student-athletes with high-quality NIL merchandise and jerseys. Athlete's Thread is committed to empowering student-athletes to leverage their NIL rights and create their own brand.
 
"We are excited to launch a partnership with Athlete's Thread and give our student-athletes an opportunity to build their personal brands," said Vice President for Athletics Paul Schlickmann. "One of the key factors in partnering with Athlete's Thread is the opportunity to work with each of our 500 student-athletes on unique NIL merchandise. Fairfield University fosters an entrepreneurial spirit in all of its students, and our student-athletes have shown great interest in this partnership. We are optimistic about the growth potential with their engagement and the positive impact it can have on their experience."
 
Athlete's Thread is built on the belief that every student-athlete has an amazing story to tell, and it is their mission to empower and share it. Fairfield student-athletes earn a 12 percent commission on all merchandise sales with the opportunity to earn an additional 10-15 percent by sharing their affiliate link. All partnerships are non-exclusive.
