Sixteen newcomers have joined Fairfield University Men's Lacrosse this fall in preparations for the upcoming spring of 2023 campaign. Head Coach
Andrew Baxter's roster of new Stags includes student-athletes representing seven different states and covering every position on the field. The ledger features two Division I transfer students and one junior newcomer in addition to 13 members of the Fairfield University Class of 2026.

Eli Adams comes to Fairfield from Webster, N.Y., where he earned
U.S. Lacrosse All-America honors as a defenseman. Adams was a two-time All-All Greater Rochester and All-Monroe Country First Teamer, helping lead Webster Thomas High School in the NYS Section 5 Championship as a junior in 2021.

Davis Allen is a graduate transfer from the University of Notre Dame. He appeared in four games in the midfield for the Irish, posting his first career goal and assist in this past season's win over Detroit Mercy. Allen played scholastically at Pelham Memorial High School, where he was a four-time All-League selection and was tabbed for the All-Hudson Team as a senior. Allen graduated has the program's all-time leader in goals (175), assists (125) and total points (300).

Will Consoli was a two-time All-State, All-County and All-League First Team midfielder at Glen Rock High School. He was also a nominee for North Jersey Player of the Year and set the program's single-season record as a senior with 109 points. Consoli was a two-time team captain in lacrosse and also a team captain and All-League First Team performer in basketball. He is the younger brother of junior goalkeeper
Colin Consoli.

Hank D'Ambrogi was the 2022 Delaware Player of the Year and a three-time All-American at Cape Henlopen High School, where he patrolled the midfield for four seasons. D'Ambrogi helped lead the Vikings to a State Championship in 2019.

Kevin Dolan played attack and midfield at Ward Melville High School, where he was a two-time All-County selection. Dolan led his team in points as a junior with 55 goals and 23 assists and was tabbed as team captain as a senior. Also two-time defensive MVP on the gridiron and the school record holder in both career and single-season sacks, he received the Dellecave Award as Ward Melville's Athlete of the Year.

Jake Gilbert was a
U.S. Lacrosse All-American and two-time Boston Lax Net All-American on the attack for Xaverian Brothers High School. He was also a two-time Catholic Conference All-Star and was twice named his team MVP. Gilbert was also an Catholic Conference All-Star on the football field on his was to team MVP and Xaverian Brothers Athlete of the Year laurels.

Harry Griff was a two-time
U.S. Lacrosse All-American and two-time All-Section honoree as an attackman at Yorktown High School. As a senior, he tallied 43 goals and 34 assists for the Huskers, becoming the first Yorktown player to earn back-to-back All-American honors since Brett Makar, who went on to have an All-America collegiate career and win the 2022 national title at Maryland.

Jonathan Lewis played five seasons at Sanford Calhoun High School, earning a varsity roster spot as an eighth grader. He was an All-County performer as a senior team captain, helping lead Calhoun to the Nassau County Class B finals. Lewis also earned an All-County Honorable Mention as a junior, and his team was ranked top 25 in the region in each of the last four years.

Arinze Nzeako joins the Fairfield roster after last playing at Saint Michael's College in the spring of 2020 before transferring to Fairfield that ensuing fall. In that Covid-shortened campaign, he scored six goals with one assist in three games for the Purple Knights. Nzeako previously earned varsity letters in lacrosse and soccer at Choate Rosemary Hall.

Reilly Sullivan is a transfer from Boston University, where he played eight games in two seasons for the Terriers. Sullivan scored his first collegiate goal in a win over Lafayette last spring. Prior to college, he played four seasons in the midfield at Wilton High School, where he was an All-FCIAC performer.
