EDISON, N.J. – Fairfield University placed 286 student-athletes on the MAAC Academic Honor Roll for the 2020-21 year, as announced by the conference. The Stags ranked third in the conference in total honorees among their 17 MAAC-sponsored athletics programs. Fairfield's 286 honorees included 57 members of the recently graduated class of 2021.

The Stags were just four student-athletes behind Monmouth – which sponsors 18 MAAC sports – for second place on the list. Marist led all MAAC institutions with 331 honorees among its 19 MAAC programs.
