WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. – Fairfield University Men's Tennis opened Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference play with a 5-2 win at Niagara on Saturday afternoon. The Stags won the doubles point and picked up four singles win en route to the league triumph at Village Glen Tennis Club in Williamsville.

Fairfield jumped out to an early lead as
Stathis Tsiranidis and
Kaya Gore picked up the win at #1 doubles and
Keean Shah and
Jonathan Olive-Blanco were victorious at #2 doubles.

In singles action, the Stags' victories came at the top four slots. Gore came out on top at #1, Tsiranidis earned the win at #2, Olive-Blanco won at #3 and
Lewis Edwards notched the victory at #4.

Fairfield (2-2, 1-0 MAAC) in back in action on the Walsh Athletic Center Outdoor Courts on Thursday, April 8 against Marist.
