On The Web: Sacred Heart will be providing Live Stats and free Live Audio for Tuesday's game. Live Stats are available for all home games as well.

Fairfield (17-20) vs. Sacred Heart (14-25): Rain forced the cancellation of last season's match-up between the Stags and the Pioneers. The two teams last met on March 23, 2010 with Sacred Heart forging an 8-3 victory on Alumni Diamond. The Pioneers have taken the last two meetings with the Stags last win coming on March 24, 2009. Fairfield is 17-12 all-time against Sacred Heart.

Pioneers Points: Sacred Heart has won five of its last seven and is coming off a doubleheader split at LIU Brooklyn on April 21. John Murphy is hitting .315 with 20 RBI and 24 runs scored and has stolen 13 bases in 15 attempts. The pitching staff yields a combined 6.10 ERA this season.

Fairfield vs. Stony Brook (29-10): The Seawolves and the Stags met last season on Alumni Diamond with Stony Brook posting a 9-0 win. Evan Stecko-Haley notched the victory for the Seawolves, tossing 6.0 scoreless innings allowing just two hits while striking out six batters. Jack Giannini and Anthony Hajjar had two of the Stags three hits on the day. Stony Brook has taken eight of nine meetings with Fairfield's lone victory coming on April 3, 2007.

Stony Brook Scout: The Seawolves are coming off a four-game sweep of Hartford and have won 15 of their last 17 games. Head Coach Matt Senk picked up his 600th career victory over the weekend. The Seawolves are powered offensively by Will Carmona who is hitting .358 with 34 runs scored, 39 RBI, and 16 walks. Maxx Tissenbaum is hitting .382 while Travis Jankowski is batting .354 with 39 runs scored. The Stony Brook pitching staff has a combined ERA of 2.82.

Last Time Out: The Stags were last in action on Sunday, April 22 when they took two games from Niagara University to complete a three-game series sweep. Fairfield took the opener, 4-2, in extra innings as rookie Sal Ciccone drove in the game-winning run in the top of the tenth inning. The Stags then rolled over the Purple Eagles, 13-1, in the nightcap behind a masterful pitching performance by senior Brett Shulick. Shulick (4-3) threw eight shutout innings, scattering just three hits while fanning seven batters in the win. He flirted with a perfect game, retiring the first 14 batters he faced until Jon Wilson's two-out single in the bottom of the fifth inning broke it up. Shulick, who did not walk a batter or allow an extra base hit, allowed just two base runners the rest of his outing. In the first game, Mark Bordonaro (3-4) threw 3.2 scoreless innings of relief, scattering three hits while striking out two batters in the victory. Senior Scott Warwick got the no-decision despite scattering two runs on four hits and striking out five in 6.1 innings of work.

Streaking Stags: Senior Tyler Wosleger and junior Jack Giannini are both riding seven-game hitting streaks. Wosleger is hitting .414 with eight runs scored while Giannini is hitting .381 with four RBI and two runs scored during that span. It is the second longest streak of the season for Wosleger who hit in 10-straight between March 13 and March 24.

He's Perfect: Rookie second baseman Sal Ciccone is perfect defensively for the Stags this season with no errors in 190 chances. Ciccone has helped turn 26 of Fairfield's 34 double plays.

Almost Perfect: Junior Anthony Hajjar is nearly flawless defensively at first base this season. He has committed just one error in 309 chances. The lone error came on March 3 at Delaware.

Keep That Lead: Fairfield is 10-1 when leading after seven innings and 11-2 when leading after eight innings.
