CLEVELAND, Ohio – The National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators (NACMA) has selected
Zach Dayton, Assistant Vice President and Deputy Director of Athletics at Fairfield University, to serve as the organization's President for the 2025-26 membership year.
"I am incredibly honored and excited for the opportunity to serve as the NACMA President for the 2025-26 academic year," said Dayton. "NACMA has been a very impactful component of my career for the last 15 years, and I look forward to serving our membership along with our exceptionally talented board of directors during a critical time in college athletics. NACMA is a leader in our industry. As college athletics evolves, our organization is focused on developing the tools, training and resources necessary to ensure our membership is successful in this changing landscape."
Dayton steps into the president role following the tenure of Markeisha Everett, Executive Associate AD and Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at the University of California. Everett will transition to the role of Immediate Past President.

Serving alongside Dayton as officers will be first Vice President Lauren Belisle, Senior Associate AD for Fan Experience & Sales at Vanderbilt University, second Vice President Elaine Russell, Deputy AD at Western Michigan University, and third Vice President Jordan Looby, Associate AD for Marketing & Revenue Strategy at the University of Maryland.
This year's officers are joined by the following returning board members:

- JC Whidden, Senior Associate AD for Brand Advancement & External Operations (Virginia Tech)
NACMA welcomes Paris Buchanan, Senior Associate AD for Fan Experience & Creative Strategy at Auburn University, Megan MacLeod, Senior Associate AD for Brand Advancement at Illinois State University, and Ricky Zum Mallen, Associate AD for Marketing & Promotions at the University of Colorado, as new board members for the 2025-26 academic year.
