Fairfield Hosts Manhattan for Senior Day Showdown, Saturday at Rafferty Stadium

Opening draw is slated for 1 p.m.

FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Fairfield University Women's Lacrosse returns home to Conway Field at Rafferty Stadium to host Manhattan in MAAC action on Saturday, April 12. The Stags will celebrate Senior Day prior to the 1 p.m. opening draw.

Admission is free for all fans.

The Class of 2025
  • The Fairfield Women's Lacrosse Class of 2025 consists of Katie Bergen, Haley Burns, Anya Holland, Brooke Marotti, Grace Slater and Kyleigh Tufano.
  • To date, the Class of 2025 has won two MAAC Championships (2022, 2023) and two MAAC Regular Season Championships (2023, 2024).
  • Last season, they helped lead Fairfield to the first NCAA at-large bid in MAAC history and the program's first national ranking in 15 seasons.
 
The Fairfield Stags (6-7, 4-1 MAAC)
  • The Stags scored a season-high 20 goals on Wednesday en route to a 20-9 win at Canisius.
  • Kelly Haggerty and Amanda Kozak each posted eight points. Haggerty scored six goals with assists while Kozak netted two goals with six helpers.
  • Haggerty ranks seventh in the MAAC with a team-best 33 goals and fifth in the conference at 42 points.
 
The Manhattan Jaspers (2-11, 1-4 MAAC)
  • Manhattan fell to Iona, 10-8, on Wednesday for its third straight loss.
  • Olivia Cruthers leads the Jaspers with 19 goals and 12 assist for 31 total points.
  • Juliana Mahan adds 12 goals to the ledger.
  • Danielle Serbinski has played the majority of minutes in the cage, posting a 14.59 goals-against average and a .408 save percentage.
 
Series History
  • Fairfield has won the last 18 meetings with the Jaspers to take a 25-5 lead in the all-time series.

  • The Stags conclude the home portion of the regular season on Wednesday with a 3 p.m. visit from Sacred Heart.
