LAWRENCEVILLE, N.J. – #23 Fairfield University Women's Lacrosse begins a two-game road swing to wrap up the regular season this Wednesday at Rider. Opening draw in the first-ever meeting between the Stags and Broncs is set for 4 p.m.
 
#23 Fairfield University Stags (13-1, 7-0 MAAC)

• Fairfield doubled up Manhattan, 16-8, last Saturday to run its winning streak to 13 games.
• The victory also clinched a bye for the Stags in the opening round of the MAAC Championship.
• With a win over Rider, the Stags can clinch at least a share of its 15th MAAC Regular Season Championship.
• With 51 goals on the season, Elizabeth Talluto has joined Kristen Coleman as the only Stags to ever record two 50-goal campaigns.
• Kelly Haggerty has been named the MAAC Rookie of the Week in each of the last three weeks.

 
Rider University Broncs (8-7, 2-5 MAAC)

• In their first season as a Division I varsity program, Rider has lost four straight games to slip to 8-7 overall and 2-5 in the MAAC.
• The Broncs are led by 45 goals and 22 assists for 67 total points by Kylee Garcia.
• Katie Walsh stuffs the Rider statsheet with 52 goals, 11 assists, 89 draw controls and 42 ground balls.
• Rider enters the final week of the regular season still in the hunt for a MAAC postseason berth. The Broncs need to win their last two games and get help around the league to crack the conference's top six.
