FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Fairfield University has announced a series of gameday enhancements for the 2024-25 Fairfield Basketball season – the Stags' third at Leo D. Mahoney Arena.
 
"Heading into this season, our sales team has sold more season tickets than any season prior for men's and women's basketball," said Vice President for Athletics Paul Schlickmann." With that type of response from our fanbase, we need to continue to elevate the fan experience to continue our progress forward that we have in the venue and in the community. Our goal is to make Mahoney Arena the hardest place to play in the MAAC and continue to build our community around Fairfield Basketball."
 
Below are a series of enhancements for the 2024-25 Fairfield Basketball Season
 
'42 Brew
'42 Brew, the official beer of Fairfield Athletics in partnership with Elicit Brewing Company, will be served at all concession stands and in The Diffley Club throughout the season. Additionally, fans can anticipate promotions tied to '42 Brew for specific games this season in Mahoney Arena.
 
Stags Game Day Savings fueled by Swift Fresh Market
Swift Fresh Market will do a 10 cent roll back for every gallon of fuel purchased on Fairfield University Basketball Home Game Days. Savings start three hours before and three hours after each game,
 
Taco Tuesdays presented by Geronimo Bar and Grill
Fans holding tickets to our Tuesday home games on November 12, November 19th and December 3rd will receive 10% off tacos before or after the game at Geronimo's Bar and Grill. Fans will need to show their game ticket when they arrive at the restaurant.
 
Sunday Funday
For all men's and women's basketball games that take place on Sunday's this year (three total), the local community is invited to Leo D. Mahoney Arena for continued family focused promotions including a face painter for each game free of charge, post-game shootarounds and more!
 
SQWAD
A new digital enhancement for this season is the addition of SQWAD, a product that will facilitate engaging video board contests by connecting to each mobile phone in the venue via QR code.
 
The Diffley Club Open for Women's Basketball
New for this season, The Diffley will be open for all women's basketball games. The Diffley will open one hour prior to tip-off. Food will be presented either by a Fairfield Athletics sponsor or by Stags Hospitality.
 
Recent Graduates '42 Brew Special
Over winter break, recent alumni will have the opportunity to purchase discounted tickets that include a voucher to try '42 Brew on the concourse. Alumni interested in this opportunity should be on the lookout for emails and communication from the Fairfield Athletics ticket office. 
 
Watch Parties at Elicit Brewing Company
Elicit Brewing will be an official watch-party location for Fairfield Athletics contests throughout the year. Watch party dates for away contests will be communicated through email, social media and FairfieldStags.com as details are finalized
 
New Apparel from Dustbowl
Get your game day apparel before tip-off from Dustbowl, a recently launched line of hats and apparel featuring Fairfield's legacy logos from different decades. Visit Dustbowl's website at dustbowlhats.com. Fairfield is the first official collegiate collection with the Dustbowl brand. 
 
VIP Lounge Rental Opportunity
Back by popular demand is the ability to purchase the VIP lounge on the first floor of Mahoney Arena. 15 tickets in the 100 section plus 15 credentials allow for behind the scenes access to a private room right off the court for birthday parties and corporate outings. The VIP lounge is available beginning one hour prior to tip-off and closes at the conclusion of halftime. Please call the ticket office for availability and pricing.
