What inspires your support for Fairfield University?
I wouldn't be where I am in my life and career without my experience at Fairfield. I have built lifelong relationships and experiences that have helped shape my life. I feel that there is an opportunity to share those experiences with current and incoming students and alumni..
 
Why did you choose to attend Fairfield University?
Fairfield offered – and still offers – a great balance of amazing academics and the opportunity to meet new people from different backgrounds and parts of the country. At the time I attended, it also offered the chance to be part of building a brand new football program from the ground up.
 
What is your favorite memory as a student-athlete at Fairfield?
That has to be the time in my junior year when we played at Duquesne in a driving rainstorm.  We were able to have a game tying drive after I caught a touchdown with three seconds left, sending the game into overtime. We then won the game, which helped us clinch the conference championship that year.  After the game we all celebrated by jumping into the indoor pool with our full uniforms on! It was a great moment with the team that we will all remember forever.
 
In what way are you still connected to Fairfield University, Fairfield Athletics, and/or your sport?  
I am connected to Fairfield today by being part of the athletic advisory board, which was formed at the end of last year.  I am also working collaboratively with the University to strengthen the connection football alumni have with Fairfield.
 
How did your time at Fairfield help prepare you for life after graduation?
I am lucky enough to have an amazing wife and four beautiful children. In fact, three of my Fairfield University friends are godparents to my children! I have a strong circle of friends that I met at Fairfield over 20 years ago. That bond is hard to find, and we have been there to support each other through all of the ups and downs of our lives.
 
On the professional side, Fairfield was able to open my eyes to opportunities out there in the business world. I was able to work in the financial sector for a time in Boston, and I was able to start my own business in Pennsylvania and also build a career in the sporting goods industry. Today, I am the Global GM of Adidas Basketball.  None of that could have happened without the positive and impactful experience I enjoyed at Fairfield.
