FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Fairfield University Men's Lacrosse resumes its non-conference schedule this Wednesday, March 10 with a visit from Lafayette. Opening faceoff on Conway Field at Rafferty Stadium is set for 4 p.m. with all of the action broadcast live on the Lax Sports Network with J.J. Duke on the call.
The Stags enter Wednesday's outing with a record of 0-2 following Saturday's loss to Delaware in their CAA opener. The Leopards began their 2021 campaign this past Saturday and were on the short end of a 13-12 decision against VMI. Fairfield is 3-3 all-time against Lafayette. The Leopards defeated the Stags in three of the first four meetings, with Fairfield posting a pair of decisive victories in the two most recent encounters in 2011 and 2012.
