FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Fairfield University Athletics will host a Vendor's Village on Friday, March 1 beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Barone Campus Center prior to that evening's Fairfield Men's Basketball home game at Alumni Hall.
 
This event will feature a variety of local businesses providing information and free samples as part of the Town of Fairfield Chamber of Commerce's Buy Local campaign. Participating vendors include Wings Over Fairfield, Inn at Fairfield Beach, Abello's Deli, and more.
 
Following the Vendor's Village, Fairfield Men's Basketball will host Marist in MAAC action on George Bisacca Court at Alumni Hall. Prior to tip-off, Senior Night ceremonies will be held at approximately 6:45 p.m.
 
Tickets for Friday night's basketball action are on sale at FairfieldStags.com/TIX. As part of the Town of Fairfield Appreciation Night, Fairfield residents can purchase tickets at the door on gameday for only $5. Adults are asked to provide a valid driver's license, government-issued ID or other proof of residence.
