FAIRFIELD, Conn. – The Fairfield University women's lacrosse team will look to bounce back after Saturday's loss to Boston University. The Stags will welcome the Columbia University Lions to Conway Field at Rafferty Stadium on Wednesday at 3:00 pm.

Midfielders Jessie Ambrose and Joy Caroline led the way on offense for the Lions each tallying two goals. Sophomore Kelsey Gedin got the nod in net making nine saves while facing 19 Drexel shots.
Last Time Out: The Fairfield women's lacrosse team fell 13-8 to Boston University on Saturday afternoon. A Terrier run of five straight goals beginning at the 1:27 mark in the first half put the visitors up by five and they never looked back. Chelsey Sidaras made the start in net facing 36 shots and making 12 saves on the day.
