FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Following the end of their fall season, Director of Fairfield Rowing David Patterson has announced that a generous donor has agreed to match up to $20,000 in the first ever California Dreamin' Coxswain Challenge. Through this campaign, all gifts made to the program will double, allowing alumni and friends to make a greater impact. Proceeds will go towards travel and a new shell as the mens' rowing program heads to California to compete in the IRA National Championship in the spring.

While supporters can't represent the program in the boat, alumni, parents and friends are encouraged to become an honorary coxswain: the pace-setter, the race strategist that helps steer our program to victory through your support.
