Fairfield, which has won 10 of its last 12, continues MAAC road action with stops at Loyola and Rider this weekend. The Stags take on the Greyhounds on Saturday, October 29 followed by a meeting with the Broncs on Sunday. Both matches begin at 2pm.

Brianna Dixion set a new career-best with 22 kills and had a season-high 11 digs for her first double-double of the year. Dixion, who hit .362 for the match, also added three assists and a block. Senior
Haililani Pokipala recorded her first double-double of the year with a season-high 15 kills on .367 hitting and 21 digs, which tied a career-high. Setter
Rachel Romansky tallied her seventh double-double of the year with 51 assists and 12 digs to go along with four kills. The Stags have taken four-straight from the Broncs to improve their record to 18-3 all-time against Rider.
Career Milestone Watch: Senior
Haililani Pokipala is just 26 digs away from reaching the 1,000-career dig milestone. Pokipala, who has 974 for her career, recorded her 900th career dig against Rider on October 2. She will be the second Stag this season to reach the milestone as libero
Kara Reis tallied her 1,000th at the beginning of the month. In addition, junior
Brianna Dixion is approaching the 900-career kill mark, entering the weekend with 892 to her credit.
