FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Head Coach
Nancy Somera has announced the seven incoming student-athletes that comprise the Fairfield University Volleyball Class of 2030. The seven new Stags will come to campus in August to begin preparations for the upcoming 2026 campaign.
"We look forward to bringing these seven accomplished student-athletes to join our team," said Somera, who enters her fourth season leading the Stags in 2026. "They each bring unique talents to help maintain the high level of competition in our practice gym and are all outstanding young women who will contribute positively to our team culture."
Mary Kate Bradley
5'6" Setter
Winnetka, Ill. / Loyola Academy / 1st Alliance Volleyball Club
Mary Kate Bradley joins the Stags after running the offense at Loyola Academy. She is also a setter for 1st Alliance 18 Silver out of Chicago. The daughter of two Fairfield alums, Bradley will major in Psychology in the fall.
Somera on Bradley:
"MK has filled several roles on her current team; she can set and play defensive specialist. If we continue with the 6-2 offense, a third setter provides depth in that position for match time substitutions. MK plays with a spark that consistently improves her team's court chemistry."
Julie Dufourt
5'9" Outside Hitter/Libero
Paris, France / Jacques Monod Clamart / CSM Clamart
Julie Dufourt competed for CSM Clamart in France, where her U18 team competed on the national level. She earned MVP honors at two national tournaments, playing at both libero and outside hitter. She will enter the Dolan School of Business to pursue a degree in Sports Management.
Somera on Dufourt:
"Julie comes from a volleyball family. She has grown up around the game, and that is evident in how she plays. She is competitive with a high volleyball IQ. Julie will come to campus ready to compete for playing time at both the outside hitter and libero positions."
Lilly Guinane
5'4" Libero
Orange County, Calif. / Tesoro / A4 Volleyball Club
Lilly Guinane was a First Team All-League libero on the indoor volleyball court as Tesoro High School as well as a Second Team All-County beach volleyball player. She was also one of the top ranked liberos at the NIT Triple Crown Showcase with A4 Volleyball Club, which consistently rates as one of the top programs in Southern California. Guinane is a Dean's List student and will enroll in the Dolan School of Business in the fall.
Somera on Guinane:
"Lilly is quick to the ball and plays with a calm energy that helps teammates around her play better. Being a talented beach volleyball player, she has learned to cover a lot of court and has a huge defensive range in the back row."
Keyaira Limuel-Washington
6'1" Middle Blocker
Bastrop, Texas / Bastrop / Austin Junior Volleyball
Keyaira Limuel-Washington was a two-time All-District First Team selection at Bastrop High School, capped by District co-MVP honors as a senior this past fall. She helped her team to 29 victories in 2025 in one of the highest levels of Texas high school volleyball. Limuel-Washington also played in the middle for Austin Junior Volleyball. A National Honor Society student, she will enroll in the Marion Peckham Egan School of Nursing and Health Studies as a Nursing major.
Somera on Limuel-Washington:
"Keyaira is a superb athlete, playing both volleyball and basketball at a high level in high school. She is explosive and quick with phenomenal body awareness in the air while blocking. We're really excited to see her continue to develop advanced skills at the middle blocker position."
Noella Migliuri
5'9" Setter
Spokane, Wash. / Gonzaga Preparatory School / CPA Benson
Somera on Migliuri:
Noella Migliuri capped her career at Gonzaga Prep as an All-State First Team setter. She also garnered back-to-back All-GSL First Team honors, leading her squad to a league and district championship as well as a fourth-place finish in the state championship as a senior captain. Migliuri dished out more than 1,900 assists in her four-year varsity career. At the club level, she was the top-ranked setter in Washington state, helping CPA Benson to a national ranking as high as #16. A member of the National Honor Society, Migliuri plans to study Biochemistry at Fairfield.
"Noella is lightning quick and can run a high-level, fast offense. One of her best attributes is her ability to turn bad passes and digs into multiple options for her hitters. Although she is 5'9", Noella plays much higher and makes smart decisions as a blocker."
Aislin Oldach
6'2" Outside Hitter
Broomfield, Colo. / Legacy / Front Range 18-1
Aislin Oldach recently concluded a standout scholastic career at Legacy High School. She was the Granite Peaks Conference Player of the Year and the
Daily Camera Volleyball Player of the Year. Oldach earned three First Team All-GPC selections and was a two-time All-State Honorable Mention. Also, a two-time Academic All-State honoree, she will enter Fairfield's John Charles Meditz College of Arts & Sciences.
Somera on Oldach:
"Aislin is a long and rangy outside hitter with a lot of potential to be a strong six-rotation player. At 6'2", she will join us as our tallest left pin hitter. We are excited to add that kind of physicality to that spot."
Courtney Vines
6'3" Middle Blocker
Floral Park, N.Y. / Floral Park Memorial / Northeast Volleyball Club
Courtney Vines comes to Fairfield from Floral Park Memorial High School on Long Island. In her club career at Northeast Volleyball Club, she was named her team's Most Improved Player in 2025. A High Honors student, Vines plans to major in Nursing at Fairfield.
