FAIRFIELD, Conn. - Head Coach Bill Farley announced the men's and women's swimming and diving team captains for the 2010-11 season. Allison Russoniello, Sasha Campbell, and Samantha Ceglia will serve as the women's tri-captains while Jonathan O'Connor, Charlie Helm, and Brett Carisio will be the men's team captains.

Russoniello, Campbell, and Ceglia will enter their final season with the Stags in the fall. Russoniello, who was a captain in 2009-2010, is a program recordholder and an ECAC qualifier.  Both Russoniello and Campbell are two-time MAAC All-Academic selections. Campbell and Ceglia are both active in the Fairfield University Swimming Lessons Program/Fundraiser as well.

O'Connor, Helm, and Carisio will all enter their senior campaigns in the fall. O'Connor is an ECAC qualifier, a program recordholder, and a two-time MAAC All-Academic selection. Helm is also an ECAC qualifier and has scored at the MAAC Championships in each of the last three seasons. Carisio is a two-time MAAC All-Academic selection and has been a fixture on the boards for the Stags over the last three season.
