Kaila Harpin is in her 14th year on the Fairfield Sports Medicine staff in 2026-27. She is currently an Associate Athletic Trainer with direct oversight of Women’s Basketball and Men’s and Women’s Cross Country.
Harpin is a 2013 graduate of Springfield College, where she earned a B.S. in Athletic Training with a minor in Psychology. She joined the Fairfield staff in 2013 as a graduate assistant, completing an M.A. in Secondary Science Education in 2017.
Harpin has served as a volunteer EMT, a volunteer member of the Boston Marathon medical staff, and a classroom volunteer at Cesar A. Batalia School in Bridgeport.
