Glenn Braica joined the Fairfield Men's Basketball staff as an assistant coach prior to the 2023-24 season, and has completed three seasons on the sidelines.
With Braica sitting to the right of Head Coach Chris Casey, the Stags have posted 20-win seasons in 2024 and 2026. Fairfield reached the MAAC Championship Game and the CBI Semifinals in the 2024 postseason.
Braica was most recently the head coach of St. Francis Brooklyn for 13 seasons from 2010-23. He amassed 178 wins leading the Terriers, including a 23-win campaign in 2014-15 culminating with a Northeast Conference Regular Season Championship and a berth in the NIT. Braica previously served as an assistant coach alongside interim head coach Chris Casey at both St. Francis and St. John’s.
