Biography
2020-21: Did not see game action in 2020-21.
2019-20: 2-5 in singles play including a pair of wins in the No. 2 position while going 3-5 in doubles contests with teammate Diana Prinos… solo wins include victories over Hofstra and Sacred Heart.
Before Fairfield: Bakaite spent her rookie collegiate year at Florida International University and was primarily the Panthers’ #5 singles player, where she earned notable singles wins over players from Columbia and Yale and doubles triumphs over teams from Yale, Seton Hall and James Madison.
About Paulina: Bakaite hails from Vilnius, Lithuania, where she was a member of the Lithuanian National Team from ages 14-18. She was also a part of the Lithuanian Federation Cup Team in 2015 and climbed as high as #157 in the ITF world junior rankings.
