Furey finished the season with an assist in their 2-1 decision over Missouri State, while also finishing with eight shot attempts.

2009: After missing the 2008 season with an injury, Furey made her debut in 2009. She played in all 17 games with 15 starts, the most among Fairfield’s first-year players.
