Biography
2017-18: MAAC All-Academic Team...4-7 in singles and 5-14 in doubles…Went on a four-match win streak in singles with victories over Saint Joseph’s, Sacred Heart, St. Francis Brooklyn and Monmouth…Earned a pair of MAAC doubles wins over Rider and Monmouth alongside Meghan Zimmer and Courtney Connors, respectively…Also bested teams from Wagner and NJIT in doubles action.
2016-17: MAAC All-Academic Team… As a sophomore, was 1-3 in doubles action… Earned a 6-2 win over Holy Cross with partner Shelby Vertula on September 12.
2015-16: As a freshman had a 1-18 record in singles action…Played most of her matches at the fourth spot… Earned a victory against Rider on October 6th… Paired with classmate Cecilia Parla for doubles playing mainly at No. 3.
Before Fairfield: Played at No. 1 Doubles for the Ursuline School. In her senior season she posted a 10-2 record. Campos was a member of the National Honor Society and was a Scholar Athlete all four years. She was also a recipient of the Sportsmanship Award.
Personal: Daughter of Lanie and Andrew Campos... Siblings: Sarina (17), Laina(15), and Nina(14)... Named to the University's Dean's List... Major is Psychology.
