Fairfield University Athletics

2014-15: In her freshman season Nannery mainly competed at No. 5 and No. 6 singles. Overall, she posted a 3-7 record with all three wins coming in MAAC play. Nannery won three straight conference matches during her first season. In doubles play, she paired with Kaila Nelson and Helen Abbot at the No. 3 spot. She was 4-3 on the season, including 3-1 in MAAC play. 

Before Fairfield: Nannery comes to Fairfield from Canton High School where she was a four-year letterwinner in tennis. Nannery competed at No. 1 singles for the Bulldogs under the direction of Sheila Black and Bill Kates. She owned an impressive 80-4 career record, going a perfect 18-0 during her senior campaign while she served as a team captain. She earned All-League honors and was voted her team’s Most Valuable Player. Nannery was also a member of the National Honor Society.
