Biography
2020-21: All-MAAC First Team at No. 6 singles... finished tied for the team high in solo wins with a 7-5 record in singles play and second on the team with a 7-5 record in doubles contests… earned MAAC victories over Bryant, Niagara, Rider, Siena, and Quinnipiac… Six of Komer’s doubles wins came alongside teammate Scarlett Hutchinson all at the top doubles flight.
2019-20: 3-10 in singles play and 3-4 in doubles contests… earned singles victories over Rider, St. John’s, and Providence… doubles wins over Sacred Heart and Providence, with the other coming at the Quinnipiac Invitational.
2018-19: All-MAAC First Team at No. 4 singles and No. 3 doubles…MAAC All-Academic Team…15-11 in singles and 9-15 in doubles. Recorded a 5-1 singles record against MAAC opponents, while finishing her solo season on a 7 game win streak.
2017-18: 10-15 in singles and 10-12 in doubles…The only Stag to reach double figures in both singles and doubles wins…Had four MAAC singles wins, downing opponents from Rider, Saint Peter’s, Marist and Siena…Doubles wins included topping teams from Quinnipiac, Rider, Yale, Saint Peter’s, Monmouth and Marist.
High School: Won a Section Championship at Peters Township...Graduated summa cum laude.
Personal: Daughter of Louis and Vida Komer...Has two older sisters.
