2021 (Fall): All-MAAC First Team…United Soccer Coaches All-Atlantic Region Third Team…All-New England First Team…MAAC All-Academic Team…Led the Stags with 17 points while tying for the team lead with seven goals and four assists…Tallied a hat trick by scoring the team’s first three goals at UMass Lowell (8/30)…Converted the game-tying penalty kick with three seconds left in the MAAC Quarterfinals at Niagara (10/31)…Recorded all three assists in a six-match span (9/5 – 9/25).
2021 (Spring): MAAC All-Academic Team…Netted three goals in six matches during the shortened season…Scored the team’s first goal of the season on a penalty kick goal against Rider (3/9)…Had the first multi-goal game of her career as she netted two at Canisius (4/3).
2019: All-MAAC First Team…All Region Third Team…United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-East Second Team…MAAC Offensive Player of the Week (10/28)…MAAC All-Academic Team…Led the Stags and placed fourth in the MAAC with 18 points…Tied for the MAAC lead with eight assists, tied for the ninth most in a single season in program history…Played all around the field for the Stags, also providing help to the backline that became one of the best in the conference…Started all 20 games for the Stags playing in over 1,700 minutes…Tallied five goals including the game-winner against Quinnipiac in the MAAC semifinals (10/7)…Had five of her eight assists during the MAAC regular season.
2018: MAAC All-Academic Team…Led the team and finished third in the MAAC with six assists…Appeared and started in all 18 matches…Dished one helper in back-to-back matches three times…Assisted on Fairfield’s opening goal at Manhattan, leading to a draw (9/14)…Picked up her only goal of the season against Lafayette (9/7).
2017: Led the team with four assists during her first season with the Stags…Collected her first college helper at Binghamton as she helped set up the game-winning tally in overtime (9/1)…Also posted assists at Siena (9/16), Niagara (10/7), and in the MAAC First Round against Iona (10/29)…Team was 3-0-1 in those matches…Also led first-year players with 15 starts.
BEFORE FAIRFIELD: Diodati finished her high school career with a historic senior season where she set the single season program record for Worcester Academy with 20 goals and 55 points. Her final tally of the season was the most important, as her overtime score brought Worcester Academy into the Class A finals. As a team, the Hilltoppers achieved a 16-0-1 regular season and reached the NEPSAC Class A finals for the second-straight year. They would win a program record 18 games and were ranked second in the national prep poll. Diodati also earned All-Scholastic honors from the Boston Globe for the second year in-a-row. She was also a two-time team MVP and captain during her junior and senior seasons.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Michele Young and Nick Diodati...Has 10 siblings: Shawna, Matt, Michael, Ruby, Ryen, Finnley, Gennes, Thomas, Aggie, and Wynnie...Parents both played basketall at Babson College...Named to Headmaster's List and National Honor Society...Major is Biology.
