Reilly Johnson begins her first season as the women's soccer graduate assistant coach. Johnson graduated after four years with Boston College serving as a student manager, assistant and a student-athlete. As a player-assistant coach, Johnson assisted in planning and executing daily training sessions while contributing as an active team member.

She represented the program during recruitment discussions while building rapport with prospective athletes and families. She also tracked and analyzed in-game statistics to support strategic decision-making and performance evaluation and served as a liaison between coaching staff and players, strengthening team communication and alignment.

She also brings international experience to the program, competing in the Danish first division under an amateur contract in 2022.

A native of Wilmington, N.C., Johnson graduated from Boston College in May with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Biology, Pre-Med Track.
