2016: MAAC All-Academic Team…Made five starts out of her 12 appearances… Took three shots in back-to-back games against Bryant (8/28) and Stony Brook (9/2). Six out of her 11 shots were on goal.
2015: MAAC All-Academic Team…MAAC Academic Honor Roll...Played in 17 games during the 2015 season, starting all but three games in that span…Scored the first of her four goals of the year in the 2-1 win against Holy Cross (9/14), just 95 seconds into the contest…Netted her other three goals in a six game span, including tallies against Canisius (10/3), Iona (10/7), and Monmouth (10/17).
2014: MAAC Player of the Week (10/6)…College Sports Madness All-MAAC First Team…MAAC All-Academic Team...MAAC Academic Honor Roll...Emerged on to the scene as one of the conference’s best young striker with nine goals in 21 games…Team leader with nine goals in just 953 minutes, by far the best ratio on the squad…Made her presence felt off the bench, starting only three games and playing over 60 minutes just three times during the year… Enjoyed a career-high six points in the 8-0 home win against Saint Peter’s with two goals and two assists. The six points was just one point shy of a Lessing Field record… Had 12 points during that three game stretch with five goals and two assists, including multi-goal games at Quinnipiac (10/1) and against Saint Peter’s, also adding a single tally at Marist (10/4)…Tied for the team lead with two game winning goals (Hartford and at Quinnipiac)…Notched a goal in the first two home games of the season against Maine (8/29) and Hartford (8/31)…Scored the game tying goal in the MAAC Semifinals against Niagara (11/7)…Picked up the first goal of the game against Siena (10/22).
2013: MAAC Academic Honor Roll ... Appeared in nine games during rookie campaign. Made collegiate debut at St. Peter’s. Recorded first collegiate points in win over Niagara by scoring first collegiate goal.
High School: Boegel earned varsity letters in 2011 and 2012 at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School, helping lead the Warriors to a 32-4 mark in those two seasons. She finished her two seasons with 30 goals and 14 assists in helping the Warriors to back-to-back Dual County League crowns. Boegel netted 22 goals, with 11 assists as a senior, as she earned numerous awards, including NSCAA All-Region, All-State, Eastern Massachusetts First-Team All-Star honors, as well as being named the Warriors most valuable player. She also earned academic honors, with All-Scholastic recognition from the Boston Globe and Boston Herald. She was a peer mentor in high school, and a member of the Students Against Destructive Decisions club.
Personal: Daughter of Debra Cobb and Ralph Boegel... Her father, Ralph, played both soccer and basketball at Ithaca and her grandfather, Ralph Cobb, played baseball at Rutgers...Her uncle Doug Cobb also played baseball at Bryant...Boegel has two older sisters; Lindsay and Whitney...Involved in community service on campus, including Girl Scouts Day, Hunger Clean-up, and Mini Stags...Major is Economics with a minor in Math.
