2024: All-CAA First Team…Scored 26 goals and led the Stags with 14 assists…Had seven multi-goal games, including four apiece in the home wins over Hofstra and Drexel…Posted five points apiece in the wins over Providence and Drexel…Scored a goal with an assist in the CAA Semifinals…Also picked up 10 ground balls.

2023: CAA Rookie of the Year, All-CAA Second-Team, All-CAA Rookie Team, and Fairfield Men’s co-Rookie of the Year...Appeared in 14 games for the Stags, starting in 10…Scored a personal best four goals twice on the season, in the wins over Sacred Heart and Hofstra...Finished with 31 points, 24 goals, seven assists, and 12 ground balls.

Before Fairfield: Will Consoli was a two-time All-State, All-County and All-League First Team midfielder at Glen Rock High School. He was also a nominee for North Jersey Player of the Year and set the program’s single-season record as a senior with 109 points. Consoli was a two-time team captain in lacrosse and also a team captain and All-League First Team performer in basketball. He is the younger brother of goalkeeper Colin Consoli '24.
