2018: MAAC All-Academic Team…Returned from injury to start 12 games on defense. Picked up 20 ground balls and caused 17 turnovers.

2017: MAAC All-Academic Team… Started all 18 games at defense for Fairfield in her junior season… Ranked 5^th on the team in both groundballs (32) and caused turnovers (17)… Scooped up a season-high five groundballs while causing three turnovers in the MAAC Semifinal win over Marist on May 5.

2016: MAAC All-Academic Team… As a sophomore appeared in all 18 games while making 17 starts at defense for the Stags… Collected 22 groundballs, four draw controls, and caused eight turnovers… Her 22 groundballs tied for fourth most on the team.

2015: Bauman competed in five contests as a defender for the Stags. She made her collegiate debut against Sacred Heart and saw action against Central Connecticut State and conference foes Manhattan, Niagara, and Quinnipiac. Bauman picked up one ground ball against Sacred Heart and recorded one against Niagara.

Before Fairfield: Bauman comes to Fairfield after lettering three seasons in women’s lacrosse at Our Lady of Good Counsel, where she served as a team captain her senior year. Bauman competed primarily on the defensive line, where she helped the Falcons to a 2013 WCAC Championship title. In her final campaign, she picked up 53 ground balls and caused 22 turnovers. As a sophomore and junior, Bauman was named a WCAC Honorable Mention.  As a senior, she garnered WCAC First Team honors, All-Gazzette Montgomery County First Team accolades, and was named to the U.S. Lacrosse All-American First Team. She also was a Washington Post All-Met Honorable Mention and participated in the Maryland State All-Star Game. Bauman also lettered three seasons in field hockey and was a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of Mary and Walter Bauman… Has two siblings.
