Biography
2017: Academic All-New England…Started all 14 games for the Fairfield defense…Tallied 23 ground balls and seven caused turnovers while often marking the opposition’s top attackman…Handed out assists – the first two points of his career – in CAA contests against #6 Hofstra and Massachusetts…Scooped up four ground balls with three caused turnovers against Villanova.
2016: Second Team All-CAA…Started all 17 games for a defense that ranked third in the CAA and 24th nationally with 9.35 goals per game allowed…Collected 15 ground balls with five caused turnovers…In consecutive weeks, limited Hofstra’s Sam Llinares to one goal (man-up) and held Drexel’s Cole Shafer without a point in two CAA wins.
2015: Appeared in eight games with three starts for a defensive unit that ranked third in the nation with 7.47 goals per game allowed…Collected seven ground balls, including three to go along with a career-high three caused turnovers in the win over Manhattan on Feb. 21.
2014: Appeared in nine games during rookie campaign … Had a ground ball in win at Holy Cross ... Made collegiate debut in season opener at Delaware.
High School: Earned three varsity letters at LaSalle College High School, helping the Explorers to a 49-13 mark ... Helped the Explorers to numerous titles, including the PCL crown and District 12 titles in 2010 and 2012 ... Both of those seasons ended with LaSalle as the State Runner-up in the PIAA Tournament ... Earned Second Team All-Catholic League in 2011.
Personal: Son of Diana and Kevin Eidenshink ... Has two older brothers, Ryan, a 2013 graduate of Widener University, and Casey, a sophomore at Lehigh University, both of whom play collegiate lacrosse ... Major is undecided.
