2015: MAAC All-Academic...MAAC Academic Honor Roll...Team captain...Competed in eight races and was the Stags' top finisher in all eight of those meets...Started the fall with a ninth-place showing at the Marist Season Opener, setting a new personal best in the 5K at 19:14...Ran the fastest 6K of her career at the MAAC Championship with a time of 22:28.

2014: A Dean's List student...Began the year with a time of 16:49.94 at the Stony Brook Season Opener…Ran her fastest 5K of the fall at the NEICAAA Championship, clocking a time of 20:37.8…In her only 6K of 2014, recorded a time of 25:36.1 at the MAAC Championship.

2013: MAAC All-Academic Team ... Had a time of 18:00.7 at the O'Neil Invitational ... Ran a 21:07 at the St. Joseph's Invitational ... Ran a 21:19 at the New England Championships ... Clocked a time fo 11:33.59 at the CCSU Mini Meet ... Had a time of 28:11.55 at the MAAC Championships.

2012: Made collegiate debut at the Leeber Invitational, running a 20:20 … Ran fastest 5K at the New England Championships (19:40.19) … Ran a 20:01 at the O’Neil Invitational … Finished out the year at the MAAC Championships, by running a 24:35.73.

High School: A four-year varsity letterwinner in cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track ... Helped the Stanners to four BA Championships ... Named team MVP all four seasons ... Served as team captain.

Personal: Daughter of Buddy and Trish Woods ... Has three siblings ... A member of the Peer Conduct Board...Member of Students for Social Justice...Completed spring 2015 study abroad in Galway, Ireland...Participated in Mothers Against Drunk Driving walk...A double major in Sociology and English.
