2011: Cutshaw batted .135 for the season, appearing in 15 games mostly as a catcher. She received the starting nod behind the plate 14 of her 15 starts, the other one coming as a designated player. She started the season by hitting .250 over her first nine games with five hits in 20 at-bats, including a two-for-three day against Maine. She collected two doubles during the year which came in back-to-back games – Maine and Holy Cross. Cutshaw is a sure-handed receiver, making just one error in 58 chances this year (49 putouts, seven assists). She did not play against a conference opponent this season.

Before Fairfield:  Cutshaw came to Fairfield after two seasons at Burlington County College where she played from the fall of 2009 through the fall of 2010. She transferred to Fairfield University in January, 2011. She attended Burlington City High School, where she earned several post-season honors. Cutshaw was a two-time All-Division second team player, and earned first team All-County honors. The catcher secured a spot on the South Jersey All-Star team as well. In the classroom, Cutshaw collected a spot on the Dean's List at Burlington City High School, and was a member of the National Honor Society. She lists biology as her major.
