Biography

2016: MAAC all-Rookie Angell finished the 2016 season as the team’s top scoring newcomer, netting three goals for six points in his 13 appearances. The freshman opened his career by coming off the bench against Houston Baptist and Temple, before earning starts in each of his next 10 appearances. He ended the season as a reserve against Quinnipiac in the season finale. Angell scored a goal in his first career start, netting the team’s lone goal in a 2-1 setback to Hartwick. He posted the team’s first goal in a 3-1 victory against Marist, and finished his season scoring with a goal in a 3-3 draw against Manhattan. He took 23 shots in his inaugural season, placing eight on goal (35 percent).
