High School: Ryan won two New York State Championships (2011, 2012) during her career at Sachem High School East, and scored the game winning goal in 2012. During her career she totaled 19 goals, 41 assists, and four game winning goals while tallying 11 goals, 22 assists, and three game winning goals throughout her senior campaign. Her senior year she served as a team captain and led her team to a 22-0 season record. Ryan earned All-State and All-County honors and was a Second Team All Long Island selection. Ryan also played five club seasons for Strong Island, totaling 13 career goals, 26 career assists, and one career game winning goal. In 2011, she helped Strong Island win an NIT Championship and in her 2012-13 season she tallied six goals and nine assists. For her efforts in the classroom, Ryan received Academic All-American honors and was a member of the National Honor Society.
