2011: Minice, a two-time MAAC pitcher of the week in 2011, captured the MAAC pitcher of the year award after sporting an 18-10 record. She tossed a five-inning perfect game against Saint Peter’s, an 8-0 decision in April. She won 11 of her 12 decisions against the MAAC during the regular season, losing her last decision in a 1-0 game against Marist. Minice struck out 17 hitters against Niagara on May 7, one start after she fanned 13 Manhattan hitters. She reached double digits in strikeouts against Providence (10) and Canisius (11) as well. Her 190 strikeouts places second in the MAAC, as she averaged 7.7 strikeouts per seven innings. She allowed one earned run or less in 16 of her 22 starts this year. All five of her shutouts came against MAAC foes – Iona (one hit), Canisius (three hits), Rider (three hits), Saint Peter’s, and Niagara (one hit). For much of the season, Minice had a top-20 nationally ranked ERA. She was named the 2011 Fairfield University Woman of the Year for her athletic and academic achievements, and her community involvement.
2010: Minice emerged as the team’s ace in 2009, posting a 14-14 record with a .307 Era. She struck out 157 hitters in 171 innings, averaging 6.4 strikeouts per seven innings. She fanned a season-high 10 batters against Bryant and later tied that mark against Quinnipiac. She struck out seven or more batters nine times, including three straight games on March 7 (10 vs. Bryant), March 8 (nine vs. Indiana State), and March 9 (eight vs. Lehigh). She placed among the top five in the MAAC statistics in practically every category, including wins (fifth with 14), strikeouts (third with 157), saves (tied for first with 2), appearances (second with 34), and games started (tied for third with 28). She did walk a batter in five games in which she went seven or more innings.
2009: Minice was named the MAAC Pitcher of the Year after receiving MAAC Pitcher of the Week in consecutive weeks (April 6 and 14). She was responsible for 18 of the team's 21 victories this season, posting an 18-12 record. Minice owned a 5-7 record on March 25, but rebounded with a 13-3 mark over the final five weeks of the regular-season. She tossed her first collegiate no-hitter against Siena College on April 9, giving the Stags a split with the Saints. She struck out 10 or more hitters twice, garnering 11 against Providence and a career-high 15 versus Saint Peter's. She posted 165 strikeouts in 212.2 innings pitched, giving her 5.4 strikeouts per seven innings. Against MAAC opponents, Minice owned an 11-3 record with a 1.49 ERA, striking out 75 hitters in 89 innings. Four of her 11 wins against MAAC opponents were by shutout (Rider, Siena, Canisius, and St. Peter's).
2008: Minice collected All-MAAC first team honors as a freshman. She posted a a team-high 15 victories during the season with a 2.88 ERA and five shutouts. She won five of her last six decisions during the regular season, defeating Stony Brook, Rider twice, Manhattan, and Marist before losing to Iona. In the Rider doubleheader, she tossed both games and did not allow a run in 15 innings of work. She was named the MAAC pitcher of the week for her effort, which included a 4-0 record that week. Minice established a career-high with 16 strikeouts against Saint Peter’s, just one game after setting a personal best with 10 strikeouts against Sacred Heart. She picked up her only save of the season in a 6-5 decision over Central Connecticut. Minice also earned a MAAC pitcher of the week award on April 7 after posting a 3-0 record with 13 strikeouts in 20 innings pitched.
Before Fairfield: She graduated from Sammamish High School, and played for the Washington Sidewinders ASA team. She is majoring in management with a minor in math.
